I am just an engineer that tries to fit a bit of travel and road bicycle racing into his schedule. I have lived in a few places from Michigan to Texas to Maryland to Tennessee (both Chattanooga and now Memphis).

hey there, came across your blog as i’ve been looking to buy a Ridley CX bike (crossbow). how tall are you? i’m intimidated by the standover height on a 56 but the top tube length is right on.

I am 6’2″, 34″ inseam. I run a seat height of 83.5-84.0cm and ride 56cm Ridley’s CX bikes (X-Fire and CrossBow). I run 58cm/60cm on the road. The Ridley’s run big w/ a high BB height.

I’ve raced with you guys several times and thought you might be interested in a race my team is having outside of little rock, ar. Part of the Arkansas Marathon Series, 66 miles, all dirt/gravel roads, 7000ft climbing. Links are below, it would be nice to see some Tennessee folks!!! April 30th.
