After work, I went out for a short ride on my TT bike. I was about 5 miles from the house, when I stopped to look at my seat, since something didn’t feel right… The seatpost had slid down about an inch from where it should be… On Saturday, my legs were tired during the time trial, but something did feel a bit off and that I couldn’t generate power.. I wonder how much better I would have run if I had the seat up where it needed to be… Probably only 10 seconds or so, but maybe more?

Also, I did some research and laid out what I plan to do for the rest of the season. Some new to me, but most are races that I have done in the past and want to do again.
