		<description>Update...my wounds are mostly closing up, except for the ones that I am trying to delay.  Most of the damage was just light road rash and a bruised hip.  The worst part of it was the small chunk out of my inside left elbow.  I am trying to keep it heeling without scabbing up until late in the week.  I might have to let it go in time for the race since it might be sloppy!  

Weather for KC is changing all the time.  I know it will be a lot colder there than the 70's we have right now in Memphis.  I'll guess I just pack everything.</description>
